End of 2014- December Recap

Happy New Year!! Before I welcome 2015 I will catch up on the last month of 2014!

December began and so did the countdown until Christmas vacation... BUT on the second weekend Cor and I drove to Las Vegas

Cor and I got married <3

I have to explain the socks... I gave Cor these in case he "got cold feet"... And the flying pigs because I didn't think he'd do this unless pigs flew.. So they did and we did too

Overall it was a wonderful, low key day.. Exactly how we wanted it. 

And I am now Mrs. Finley <3

Oh!! We also met Anthony Pettis (UFC Champ)! Cool!

December wrapped up with our work holiday party (Cor got third place in spoons!)

And then of course Christmas at my parents house!

Cor is doing his reserve two weeks down in San Diego so our entire break we are down here!

So happy to have my pretty sista here!

Cor, Meg, and I also hiked potato chip rock (which I've wanted to do forever!)

And we've gotten lots of time with this sweet boy 

And on the very last night of 2014... We rang in the new year with smiles

2014 was unforgettable.. So 2015 has a lot of work to do to top it!

End of 2014- November Recap

November began with a lovely visit with Sean Jr, Lisa and Mr. Carson.. Sean Jr was training near us and we got to have dinner with them one night!

Mid November Cor, Vanessa and I went on a hike near us to a waterfall... A waterfall in the city imagine that! I never knew this was here and it was actually pretty cool!

Brucey, my little water dog, LOVED running through the water... He was in heaven and it warms my heart to see him in his happy place. Milo wanted to keep up with Brucey so badly, but he HATES water.. So he did the best he could and still managed to get a little wet.

To end November, we spent half of ourThanksgiving break from work in Pismo beach with my family! I had never been there before, but Cor used to go there as a kid with his family. We had SUPER nice rooms right on the beach and it was dog friendly too! So we got to bring our fur babies for once.

We took the boys to a dog beach and of course Bruce was over the moon in heaven and Milo was a little unsure!

It was a great trip with my family and in a very beautiful place .. A Happy Thanksgiving for sure =] 

We made a quick stop in Solvang on the way home and then it was back to reality!

End of 2014- October Recap

Wow I have seriously been slacking on the blogging! Sooo I will be catching up on October, Nov, AND Decemeber!!

This post will focus on October!

We took an SD October trip the weekend of my birthday with Vanessa and a boy she was seeing... Cory's military ID expires and since we were staying on base.. It was a litttttttle interesting! But nonetheless we made the best of it and cut our trip a day short. 

Breakfast at Kono's was of course a must!

Fast forward two weeks and we went back to SD for a re-do with just Cor and me =] 

It was a great trip just the two of us!

Next up was Halloween... My site didn't allow costumes butttttt my boss is a huge Halloween lover and wanted us all to dress up for our meeting.. So I had to make both parties happy =] 

We took aubs and aves trick or treating!
